Chef Rachel Zierzow is back with 2 classes (one for children, one for adults) on knife skills.
AND we’re off to Sicily in October, but can’t wait for a taste of Sicilian cuisine, so September’s portion of the Fall 2017 Schedule features 2 iconic Sicilian dishes.

KNIFE SKILLS FOR CHILDREN, SUNDAY, 9/10, 4PM  $50

Your child will learn a variety of cuts (chopping, slicing, mincing, dicing, etc.), as well as correct knife-handling and safety, PLUS make a recipe to enjoy with classmates afterward.  Learn & take home 1 recipe* AND knife skills instructions.

Your elementary-aged child will spend the first 3 days of Thanksgiving week cooking authentic Italian recipes with friends in a private home with a professional kitchen.
Day 1 = Knife skills with Chef Rachel Z
Day 2 = Bolognese sauce
Day 3 = Biscotti (chocolate & almond, gf)
Class includes Italian language & culture stories, plus all recipes!  Only 6 spaces.
