Cook Like an Italian offers a variety of classes and series that are part demo, part hands-on.  Most are taught in English, but some are taught in Italian (for students of the language at all levels).

In Italy, nothing says hospitality better than a bottle of Limoncello on the table after dinner.  Use our recipe to make yourself a bottle of it, then create your own family recipe by adjusting it to your tastes over time.  Learn & take home 1 recipe*; limoncello & biscotti served. Class includes 1 bottle (filled w/simple syrup) & 1 jar (filled w/ lemon peel & 100 proof alcohol) to take home and combine later.
