Cook Like an Italian offers a variety of classes and series that are part demo, part hands-on.  Most are taught in English, but some are taught in Italian (for students of the language at all levels).

2021 SOURDOUGH SUBSCRIPTION  $45
Our Sourdough Subscription is back! Always organic, always heirloom grain that’s naturally low in gluten (Italian Einkorn + Canadian Spelt). Made w/ a rotating selection of seeds, nuts, garden herbs, etc. (plus filtered water & salt…that’s ALL!). January-February-March subscription of 3 loaves, 1 kg. each. Delivery to AMS Sunset Valley (or pick up in East Austin).
